Life Path Safaris Africa
About Us – Life Path Safaris Africa
Our Story Begins in the Heart of Kanungu, Lifepath Safaris was born from a place of deep connection, inspiration, and purpose. Our founder grew up in Kanungu District in southwestern Uganda—home to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famed for its mountain gorillas, and the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, known for its tree-climbing lions. In this rare meeting point of rainforest and savannah, nature shaped his childhood. Mist drifting over the hills, birdsongs at dawn, and the quiet presence of wildlife were part of daily life. These experiences created a lifelong appreciation for Uganda’s beauty, its cultural heritage, and the powerful relationship between people and the land. Inspired by Nature. Grounded in Community. Lifepath Safaris is built on a simple but profound idea. Travel should create joy for visitors and opportunity for the communities who call these landscapes home. Our founder’s journey beyond Uganda strengthened his commitment to return the blessings of his upbringing. With firsthand knowledge of Uganda’s wilderness, culture, and people, he created Lifepath Safaris to share these wonders with travelers while supporting sustainable development in the region.
